Rohini Banskota Clinical Research Fellow
Rohini Banskota is a food systems professional with deep expertise in animal agriculture. Rohini’s current projects focus on understanding complex system-level landscapes and identifying avenues and barriers for change, including policy analysis of biogas capture and production at animal agriculture facilities.
Prior to joining Harvard Law School, Rohini received her master’s degree in public policy from the Goldman School of Public Policy at UC Berkeley where she served as the graduate student instructor for Alice Waters’s Edible Education course. After graduation, Rohini was a Visiting Scholar at UC Berkeley’s Alternative Meat Lab. Additionally, Rohini has worked for Impossible Foods, the Plant Based Foods Association, and a cell-based food company. Rohini uses her passion and skillset to create a food system that is better for people, the planet, and animals.
