Max Lupin Communications Chair
Max is a 3L from New Orleans, Louisiana. He is serving as communications chair of the Animal Law Society. He graduated from the University of Chicago in 2017 with a B.A. in Biological Sciences and worked as a legal assistant in Chicago prior to law school. Max spent his 1L summer interning with the Criminal Appeals unit of the Wisconsin Attorney General’s Office and will spend his 2L summer at the Chicago office of Sidley Austin. At HLS, outside of ALS, Max has worked as a research assistant for professors Jim Greiner and Jon Hanson, as co-Editor-in-Chief of the Harvard Law and Policy Review, as an executive technical editor for the Harvard Civil Rights-Civil Liberties Law Review, as a student government representative, and is involved with HLS Lambda. Outside of law school, Max enjoys travel, reading, wildlife conservation, and spending time with his four cats.
