Lla Anderson Campus Advocacy Co-Chair

Originally from Fort Lauderdale, Florida, Lla attended the University of Georgia where she graduated with degrees in Theatre and Philosophy in 2021, and certificates in Music Business and Sustainability in 2022. Prior to starting her 1L year, Lla interned at Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton LLP’s New York office as an SEO Law Fellow, and Bank of America Merrill Lynch as a Global Legal Research Intern. As a 1L, Lla was a HALS 1L Section Representative and Student Government Student Affairs’ Committee Member where she helped plan the first International Food For Thought Festival. As a 1L, Lla was also involved with Harvard Defenders, HBLSA’s Community Outreach Committee, and QTPOC. For her 1L summer, Lla worked at Orleans Public Defenders Office in New Orleans, LA as a Law Clerk where she helped represent low-income and indigent clients. Through the intersections of her role as a 2L Rep and Campus Advocacy Co-Chair, Lla plans to further expand the plant-forward initiative through collaborating with organizations across campus to educate others on the interrelated destinies of human and non-human animals.
