Dana Wagner, Chief Legal Officer of Impossible Foods speaks to our Clinical Instructor Nicole Negowetti about his career path, the challenges that Impossible Foods faces, and what it has in store for the future. Impossible Foods aims to replace animals in the food system by 2035 by making delicious, affordable meat and dairy products from plants. To date, the company has raised $1.5 billion toward its goal of transforming the global food system, leaning into a market-based approach to create a worldwide movement.
