The Student Animal Legal Defense Fund and the Environmental Law Society host HLS Nathan Herschler, Program Operations Director of the International Fund for Animal Welfare (IFAW). IFAW’s mission is to rescue and protect animals around the world.

Herschler will be joined by the HLS Animal Law and Policy Program’s Executive Director Chris Green. The discussion will center on the 17th meeting of the Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species of Wild Fauna and Flora (CITES), and IFAW’s efforts to defend animals internationally.
