Our eighth annual event explores animal personhood, rights of nature, and how HLS graduates can impact animal law and policy

Animal law advocates will gather at Harvard Law School this week for the eighth annual Animal Law Week. The events, which will be a mixture of Zoom and in-person talks, will run from Mar. 22 through Mar. 29, are co-organized by the Brooks McCormick Jr. Animal Law & Policy Program at Harvard Law School (ALPP) and Harvard Law School’s student-run Animal Law Society.
